This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Firstly, I’m genuinely touched—thank you for choosing me to capture these moments.
All you need to do is breathe, relax, and be your beautiful self. I’ll gently guide you through everything—poses, angles, and all—so you can truly enjoy the experience. I will also send you emails with further information leading up to your shoot.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Can you recommend any good locations?
I can recommend a handful of beautiful locations in Cape Town for your shoot.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
The quality and style of my photos really depend on beautiful natural light—sunny or softly cloudy days work best. If the weather isn’t cooperating (rain, snow, storms, or anything too unpredictable), we may need to reschedule. The same goes for very strong winds or extreme heat. I’ll keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your session, and we’ll chat about backup days so there’s always a plan B. Thank you for being patient with the process—better weather truly makes for the most beautiful images.
pet sessions -may i be in the photos too?
Absolutely— you and your family are more than welcome to be part of the photoshoot! I’ll make sure to capture some beautiful moments with all of you, while still keeping the spotlight on your supermodel pet. And feel free to have them leashed or unleashed—whatever they’re most comfortable with.
outfits & styling tips
For a clean, timeless feel in your photos:
Opt for neutral, muted colours like white, cream, taupe, light grey, or gentle pastels.
Steer clear of neon shades, bold logos, and overly busy prints.
Fabrics with natural texture—linen, knits, and cotton—tend to photograph especially well.
Aim to coordinate your outfits rather than match them exactly, creating a soft, harmonious look.
How long should i expect to wait for my photos
You can expect a turnaround time of approximately 2–4 weeks after your session, during which your gallery will be carefully prepared by me.
what should i do once my photos are delivered
As soon as you receive your photo link, be sure to download your images right away. For added security, save copies on multiple devices or upload them to a trusted cloud storage service. Please keep in mind that I only retain your gallery for one week after delivery.
